Rolling Pin – French Metal Stainless Steel Construction by RollerMaster

I have been using a wooden pin since I started cooking. What a difference this stainless steel one makes. My knuckles don’t hit, it is nice and heavy but not too heavy on the dough, and no clinging dough.

The pin is very comfortable in the hand and gives a good grip on the handles. It is also very easy to use and clean. The bearing inside the rolling pin makes the balance feel right.
When you roll with this RollerMaster rolling pin you get consistent dough quality and it eliminates the need to use flour while rolling out dough. I didn’t have to flour it while making noodles this morning.

For me it is the easiest pin to clean, just use warm soapy water and hand wash, then wipe dry.

The price is awesome for something that is going to last a lifetime.
