This oil has a citrus/floral combination smell. It’s just Lovely. The scent is a bit fainter than my other oils, so when I diffuse it I add a few extra drops.
I use this to improve my mood; It seems effective this way. I also use it on the acupressure points where the mood is controlled, at the top of my ears, right where the ear folds. I also use it across my forehead above where the eyebrows are. It reduce stress, stimulate circulation, improve digestion, and alleviate pain.
When Bergamot essential oil is combined with a carrier oil such as jojoba or almond, it can be applied directly to the skin or added to baths.
This oil can also be inhaled after sprinkling a few drops of the oil onto a cloth or tissue.
